Brief & orientation call
You tell us the address, which walls bake, and whether noise or heat is the louder complaint. We decide if a site visit is next — it almost always is. Photos help; they never replace the tape.
On-site template measure
Each reveal is measured, plumbed, and photographed for orientation. Colour samples leave the bag. You leave with clear options — not a hard sell and not a vague “we’ll see.”
Fixed line-item quote
Within roughly 48 hours you get a quote that separates frames, glass, hardware, removal, and make-good. Deposit and schedule terms sit in writing before fabrication starts.
Workshop fabrication
Profiles cut to template. Glass ordered to the agreed stack. We schedule install only when units are ready — no “waiting on glass” surprises on your doorstep.
Removal & hang
Old frames leave cleanly. New units are shimmed, fastened, sealed, and adjusted until sashes close with a confident bite. Floors stay protected; debris leaves with us.
Handover & follow-up
Care notes, warranty terms, and an optional seasonal check date. The same crew number stays on your file for hinge tweaks and seal questions.
Timing in the real city
How long does a typical flat take?
A single problem window can move from measure to hang in under two weeks when glass is in stock. A full apartment replacement usually spans three to five weeks depending on profile colour and glass build-up.
Commercial fronts are scheduled around trading hours — written into the quote before deposit, not whispered on install morning.
